     Thank you. There wasn’t much colour in the scene and it was an obvious choice to convert to monochrome.

     Thanks John. I must have walked past this place a hundred times and never thought of photographing it but yesterday the light and the lines just seemed to be perfect. It was raining though and I was a little worried about getting the camera out!

       I suspect where you live you’ll need to overcome that concern to some degree:-). Have you looked at the new Sony full frames that are getting all the attention?

       True, it does rain a lot around here. Maybe I should have bought a waterproof camera! Since buying the RX1R I haven’t even thought of looking at new camera’s – my bank account needs time to recover!

     Hi. Thanks for taking the time to comment. If you look back through my recent posts you’ll see they were all shot with the little Sony. It’s the only digital camera I own!
