What I liked about this picture is the way you described it? Since I see a small child looking at the guy looking up, unaware of the child’s gaze. The title can be the question of the viewer to the guy or the child’s question to the guy..

Whatever it was it wasn’t as interesting as the baby at the window looking at the guy! I think it was something mundane like his mate up a ladder.
