Hurrah for Charity Shops…

Image

No, I didn’t buy a car in a charity shop. I was, however lucky enough to find a beautiful OM Zuiko 85mm/f2.0 lens for my Olympus OM2(n) camera (and at a great price). I really like this lens. Great for portraits and still life, it has beautiful bokeh and is only marginally bigger than my 50mm/f1.4 (which is to say not big at all). I’ve even put some Fuji Velvia in the Olympus just to see what this lens does with colour (geeky I know!). Now all I need is some sunshine…I might be waiting awhile for that.
