Great Gable and Yewbarrow just catching the warm evening light coming down the Wasdale valley.

      Thanks Russ. It’s a tricky place Wastwater. The weather can be most unhelpful sometimes and it’s a bloody long way from anywhere. Also, the sun shines straight up the valley in the late afternoon casting long shadows of you tripod and camera right into the view you want to shoot. Then, just as the angle changes and the shadows go – so does the sun as it dips behind a near by hill! As always, thanks for commenting
